SOAS University of London is the only institution of higher learning in Europe to specialize in the study of Africa, Asia, and the near and Middle East. It offers more than 350 undergraduate degree combinations and nearly 200 graduate programs in the humanities, languages, and social sciences. Dr. Alexander, a lecturer in financial law, examines topics related to financial crime and financial services law and regulation. He has written several articles and book chapters. He also wrote the book, "Insider Dealing and Money Laundering in the EU: Law and Regulation" (2007).
